| How do I make a reservation? |

| Once you've decided what tour to take, you can make
a reservation with the tour itself. You can also request services
at tours@gotolatin.com.

| How will I receive my voucher? |
 |
| Instead of a conventional voucher, you may receive
an e-mail confirmation of services that details the services and the
rest of the information you will need, such as emergency telephone
numbers, addresses, and numbers for the Companies that will provide
the specific services.

| What are optional excursions? |
 |
| They are excursions that are not considered part of
the total value of the program, but can be requested directly with
Gotolatin or the program provider. You must pay an additional cost
for these excursions.

| How do I change or cancel my reservation? |
 |
| Any cancellation or change of services must be made
in writing, via e-mail to the executive in charge of your requests.
However, we should remind you that there are specific cancellation
and service change policies for each program and we recommend reviewing
the general terms and conditions.

| How far in advance should I make
a tour reservation? |
 |
| The further in advance you make reservations the better.
Especially in cases of popular destinations like Torres del Paine
or San Pedro de Atacama.

| What kind of accommodations should
I expect on tours? |
 |
| There are programs that offer tourist, superior, and
luxury categories. Many of the programs have links that direct you
to the hotel included in the program so that you can review the information
about the services that the establishment offers as well as any other
information necessary to make the best decision.

| I am traveling alone. Will I share
accommodations with a stranger? |
 |
| No. Independent of the type of service that you will
require (regular or private), a single room is requested for your
accommodations if you are traveling alone. You should also consider
that, generally, in the regular programs there is a minimum requirement
of participants.

| If I paid for a product or service
that I was unsatisfied with, will I receive a refund? |
 |
| There is no refund for services already rendered,
as well as portions of hotel stays or any other type of service. However,
Gotolatin will offer whatever help or necessary contact information
to help you resolve the problem. We also recommend considering Travel
Insurance for any possible occurrences.

| Is the plane ticket included? |

| The plane ticket is not always included. If so, it
will be indicated in the information that discusses services included.

| Can I modify the tour? |

| That depends on the type of program. If it is a regular
program, there is no possibility for changing or modifying the services.

| Yes. Within each Program there is an icon called “Consultations”.
Here you can consult and request programs to your liking. You can

| Yes, you can make reservations for 1 or however many
people you wish.

you will receive reconfirmation including the Cancellation Policies.

| Gotolatin is a Company that specializes in tourism
throughout Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Bolivia. Our attendants know
about all the services and programs in each country, which gives us
the advantage to serve you as your Personal Travel Assistant. We also
count on special rates that are often times much more convenient.

| If I experience any problems with
the services I purchase, how can they help me where I am? |

| Gotolatin will give you an emergency cell phone number
that you can call at any moment. Someone on the other line will assist
you and help you resolve the problem.

| When are the high and low seasons? |
 |
| Depends on the programs. There are different dates
for high season and low season as well as mid-season. Each tour includes
the temporality and value for each case.

| Can I make reservations for other
people? |
 |
| Yes. You can request reservations in someone else's
place but all necessary information for each passenger is required
at the time of reservation.

| If you have not received any information from Gotolatin
